Mission Statement: We must respond by listening and sharing our journeys with our brothers and sisters in El Salvador, and working together with them to achieve their expressed needs so that we, a Christ-centered serving community, can walk in solidarity with them.

 

Strategic Planning and Mission Focus Areas: With a planning process deeply rooted in reality, we know we have a finite set of time and resources. We also understand that with a mission of this size, scope and importance, we need a solid strategic plan that allows us to focus our efforts and resources each year as we communicate to our stakeholders. We understand the importance of communicating concisely about our specific focus areas to our congregation, partners, potential new partners and our friends in El Salvador. Our planning process starts with identifying the results we plan to achieve each year. Then, we work ourselves toward clearly identified initiatives that support these goals.
